VASSI is a California-born artist, producer, and songwriter based in NYC. He began his career in 2017, uploading tracks to SoundCloud from his home in Honolulu, HI, where he attended Punahou School and played football, from which he was recruited to Columbia University.

As an artist, he has racked up over 300,000 streams with tracks like “Dream Boy”, “Circles”, and “Thought I Knew”, made in collaboration with Dreislug, a fellow artist whom he met playing football in High School, who went on to play football at Princeton University.  

As a producer, he has achieved over 500,000 streams on “20 Energy”, released early 2021, with friend and frequent collaborator Omar The Seraph, with the help of a Youtuber named Courtreezy, whom Omar met on Omegle while promoting the song. The video went viral and “20 Energy” drew the support of thousands.

VASSI is now currently producing Omar The Seraph’s upcoming EP, set to release early 2022. Stay tuned!
